TRIPOLI -- The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) on Sunday urged the Libyan parties to resort to dialogue and avoid escalation of situation.
"The mission calls on all parties in Libya to engage in direct and constructive dialogue to resolve all arising concerns and continue to adhere to the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF)'s Roadmap," UNSMIL said in a statement. (UN-Libya-Election)

CANBERRA -- Nearly a dozen Australian groups have urged the government to donate millions of COVID-19 vaccine doses to help inoculate other countries against the deadly virus.
